All major car rental companies have offices at the airport.
Alternatively, there is an airport shuttle service available by Gray Line Airport Express to and from the airport. The fares are $12.00 for one way and $20.00 round trip. No reservation is needed from the airport and the shuttle leaves about every 15-20 min. Please refer to the information online or call the company for more information (615-275-1180). Depending on the number of pick-up's or drop-off's, the ride wil tyake about 30 min to Vanderbilt Medical Center or the Holiday Inn.
A cab ride from the airport runs about $20-30 and takes about 15 min, depending on the traffic.
For those staying at the Holiday Inn, parking at the hotel is free and a shuttle service is provided by the hotel to Vanderbilt University.
The workshop will be held in the Stevenson Center Teaching Lab, room 5119, part of the Vanderbilt University Campus. MRBIII is an easy walk, about ten minutes from the Holiday Inn or five minutes from shuttle drop-off points. See the Vanderbilt Campus Maps for route.
