Subject: AMBER: amber 8 install problem

Dear all,

I want to install the amber on a opteron cluster.
I have the pgf90-6.0 and get the new configure files for amber8.
But there is a problem

 trace.o(.text+0x1ab): In function `trace_trace_enter_':
: undefined reference to `wallclock_'
trace.o(.text+0x300): In function `trace_trace_exit_':
: undefined reference to `wallclock_'
sander.o(.text+0xde): In function `sander_':
: undefined reference to `wallclock_'

: undefined reference to `wallclock_'
sander.o(.text+0x24c1): In function `sander_':
: undefined reference to `nwallclock_'
new_time.o(.text+0xdb1): In function `timer_start_':
: undefined reference to `wallclock_'
new_time.o(.text+0xee1): In function `timer_stop_':
: undefined reference to `wallclock_'
new_time.o(.text+0x102a): In function `timer_stop_start_':
: undefined reference to `wallclock_'

Can anybody tell me what is the reason?
