Hello,
The process_mdout.perl file is in the
amber8/tutorial/polyA-polyT_New/misc_files if you are
using amber8. Save this file to a directory in PATH
and make this file executable.
(to make it executable type chmod +x
process_mdout.perl in the directory where you have
copied it.). Then you can use it just as a command.
