Hello ambers,
I am going to use amber8 on IBM aix 5.2.
I am trying to recompiling sander of with -DHAS_10_12
following the instruction written in the manual.
#cd $AMBERHOME/src
#./configure xlf90_aix
#make serial
so far the installation is O.K.
#cd $AMBERHOME/src/sander
#make clean
#make AMBERBUILDFLAGS='-DHAS_10_12' sander
here I get error message;
ld:0706-029 Use a number with the -H flag.
make: The error code from the last command is 255.
I don't have good idea except adding -H before the
number (AMBERBUILDFLAGS='DHAS_-H10_-H12') to successfully
failed to compile... what is the problem? Does someone
have experience such like this?
Thank you in advance. Happy 2005.
