Dear Amber users,
I want to install Amber8 on windows XP by using cgywin (including all
packages) and intel fortran compiler80 (evaluation version).
the whole process:
cd $AMBERHOME/src
./configure -p4 ifort
make -i serials
cd $AMBERHOME/test/leap
./Run.tleap
cd ..
make -i test
error and exit
the result show me "../../exe/taleap not exist"
Could someone give me sugestion about installation?
Thanks!
