Thanks, I shall try that out.

I am using AMBER6 on Solaris 8 here.
The File type of sander is : ELF 32-bit MSB executable SPARC32PLUS Version
1, V8+ Required, UltraSPARC1 Extensions Required, dynamically linked, not
stripped

In this package, we are having :
sander, sander.LES, sander.LES_classic, sander.MC, sander_classic

Are there any specific applications for other sander executables ?
