My free program MOIL-View reads AMBER output directly and will show
movies, allow for some analysis and even create quicktime files for use
with other programs such as Powerpoint.

The program currently runs on only SGI machines, but we now have
an OpenGL version working with reduced functionality and hope to release
the completed version this Fall.

Full source and binaries are available at http://comp.chem.sunysb.edu/mlv.html
