Distance Difference Matrices Comparing EF-Hand Calcium-Binding Proteins

We have distance distance matrices comparing the following EF-hand calcium-binding proteins:

• apo and calcium-loaded calbindin D(9k) (pdb codes 1CLB and 2BCB)
• apo and cadmium-1 calbindin D(9k) (pdb codes 1CLB and 1CDN)
• cadmium-1 and calcium-loaded calbindin D(9k) (pdb codes 1CDN and 2BCB)
• apo and calcium-loaded CaM-N (pdb codes 1CFC and 1CLL)
• apo and calcium-loaded CaM-C (pdb codes 1CFC and 1CLL)
• apo CaM-N and apo CaM-C (pdb code 1CFC)
• apo CaM-N and apo CaM-C (pdb code 1DMO)
• calcium-loaded CaM-N and CaM-C (pdb code 1CLL)
• the two apo structures of intact CaM (pdb codes 1CFC and 1DMO)
• apo troponin C N-terminal domain and calcium-loaded troponin C C-terminal domain (pdb code 1TOP)
• the N- and C-terminal domains of the myosin essential light chain (pdb code 1WDC)
• apo calbindin D(9k) and apo CaM-N (pdb codes 1CLB and 1CFC)

The are also tables containing the range of DDM entries and the number of significant DDM entries for the following DDMs:

• apo vs. calcium-loaded CaM-N, CaM-C, and TnC-N (pdb codes 1CFC, 1CLL, 1TOP, and 1TNW)
• N-terminal domain vs. C-terminal domain of calcium-loaded CaM, apo CaM, and myosin ELC (pdb codes 1CLL, 1CFC, 1DMO, and 1WDC)
