Important Dates

March 1 2014 is the deadline for early registration, guaranteed hotel availability and rate, abstract submission for consideration as an oral presentation, and for underrepresented minority travel award applications. Registration will remain open until March 31st as long as the participant limit has not been reached.

March 31 2014 is the final deadline for registration, conference fee payment, and abstract submission. Hotel availability and rate are no longer guaranteed at this time. Abstracts submitted at this time will be considered for poster presentation only.

March 31 2014 oral presentations selected from poster abstracts will be notified and announced. Underrepresented minority travel award recipients will be notified and announced.

We encourage early registration as conference participation is limited.
