Hi all

I am trying to solvate a dipeptide with amoeba water in AMBER 10.

I get the following error when it tries to save the amoeba parameters:

get typeid of -1
sleap: component.cpp:432: bool mort::component_t::get_iptr(const long long &, int, const int *&) const: Assertion `absid >=0 && absid < m_idcounter' failed.
Aborted

Does anyone know what is this error about?
