I'm trying to get through the Amber 10 tutorial, but I'm getting the

following errors when I try to run sander. When I try to run it on my

computer I get:

 ... <http://hec.utah.edu/common/cbmsfs/u0623698/amber10/exe/sander>

/amber10/exe/sander<http://hec.utah.edu/common/cbmsfs/u0623698/amber10/exe/sander>:

error while loading shared libraries: libsvml.so: wrong ELF class:

ELFCLASS64

when I try to run it on the network, I get:

 ... <http://hec.utah.edu/common/cbmsfs/u0623698/amber10/exe/sander>

/amber10/exe/sander<http://hec.utah.edu/common/cbmsfs/u0623698/amber10/exe/sander>:

error while loading shared libraries: libsvml.so: cannot open shared object

file: No such file or directory

I'm using the command given in the tutorial (section 3, about sander), so I

don't think it should have anything to do with that. At least one of my

coworkers was also unable to compile Amber 10.

 Any ideas?

 Thanks,

Gard
