Dear Sir,

I did not get any solve of the problem I sent to amber. Isn't any solve of
my problem? I am sending the problem again here it is
cd cytosine; ./Run.cytosine
Bad : modifier in $ (/).
make: *** [test.sander] Error 1

I using Mandriva 2008 on the machine file g77

Hope I will get the solve of my problem.
