Subject: AMBER: analysing normal modes

Dear amber users,

Apart from IED, are there any other tools or scripts that can be used to generate frames along normal modes caluclated by nmode (amber) or NAB?
I can use ptraj to generate fluctuation plots along the normal modes but I am interested in generating frames to visualise.
