Subject: AMBER: amber10 installation

Hellow,

I am trying to install amber10 (after successful installation of amber tools) in cygwin
machine. While extracting the amber10.tar.bz2 I am getting an error report as,

.
.
.
.
amber10/test/vac_rna/Run.min
amber10/test/vac_rna/prmtop
amber10/test/vac_rna/md4.x
amber10/test/vac_rna/Run.anal
amber10/test/vac_rna/mdout.min.save

bzip2: Compressed file ends unexpectedly;
perhaps it is corrupted? *Possible* reason follows.
bzip2: No error
Input file = (stdin), output file = (stdout)

It is possible that the compressed file(s) have become corrupted.
You can use the -tvv option to test integrity of such files.

You can use the `bzip2recover' program to attempt to recover
data from undamaged sections of corrupted files.

tar: Unexpected EOF in archive
tar: Unexpected EOF in archive
tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now

I have tried in newly downloaded one also, but still getting same error. Can anyone give
me a solution for this one?

Thank you.

vijay
