Subject: AMBER: AMBER install problem

Hello,
I have some error message in trying to intall AMBER on intel 64bit cpu machine.
I would be grateful if anyone could give me some help.
I have configured the system using "./configure -mpich -bintraj ifort_x86_64".
I got the error in the "$AMBERHOME/src/netcdf/src/ncgen".
The following is the first error part of output:
 
gcc -o ncgen -D_FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64 -D_LARGEFILE_SOURCE -m64 -O2 main.o load.o ncgentab.o escapes.o getfill.o init.o genlib.o ../libsrc/libnetcdf.a

main.c:(.text+0x113): undefined reference to `yyparse'
init.o: In function `init_netcdf':
init.c:(.text+0x5): undefined reference to `clearout'
