Hi Sally,

I think I may have tracked down the problem here and we will fix it. There
was an errant index.htm file left in the tutorial8 directory from ages ago
when I originally copied the tutorials over from my own machine. The
index.htm file is not linked to anywhere on the amber website. The link to
the tutorial 8 should be:

http://amber.scripps.edu/tutorials/advanced/tutorial8/loop1.htm

But if you entered the following path manually:

http://amber.scripps.edu/tutorials/advanced/tutorial8/

then you'd get the old index.htm file that should have been removed and
inadvertantly wasn't. I will update this file shortly and appologise for the
problems.

All the best
Ross
