Can you possibly send me a specific example. Everything looks fine to me, I
can't see any problems, the HIV-integrase and MM-PBSA tutorials work fine
for me both from the main amber site http://amber.scripps.edu and from the
mirror site http://amber.ch.ic.ac.uk

Note both these sites are independent of each other and feed independently
from the CVS tree so any hacks to one of the sites would show up as a
difference between the two sites but at the moment they check out fine.

You might want to check your machine - do you see random redirects happening
for any other sites?
