What is the exact command line you used? This is an odd error: it is trying
to open unit 6 (which would ordinarily be an output file, like "mdout"),
but is refusing to overwrite and existing file called "mdin". My guess
is that some of the flags on the command line are incorrect.

You don't say whether or not you tried the test cases; please be sure to do
that if you haven't already done so.
