Hi,

if you add the "exe" directory in $AMBERHOME to your path, you should be
able to run tleap and xleap from anywhere by just typing "xleap" or
"tleap", if xleap has been compiled (to check this, ask the one who
compiled amber7 on your machine).
e.g. : export PATH=$PATH:/usr/local/amber7/exe
