Subject: AMBER: Installation Question

I am installing Amber 9 on an Linux machine (Intel Core 2 processor)
running fedora core 6. When I install, some of the subprograms of amber
do not install. For example, sander and ptraj work, but leap does not.

Has anyone had this problem or have suggestions?
