Dear Amber Team,

I am making a .off file for a modified nucleotide.

>antechamber -i odup.log -fi gout -o OdU_gaff.ac -fo ac

it said:
"Bond types are assigned for valence state 4 with penalty of
2."
Could you tell me what does this message mean? Do I need
to fix some error? Thank you for your help.
