Hi! David,

The bugfix works fine. I installed the amber serial successful.

However, when I run the test, I got "program error" in

cd ptraj_matrix; ./Run.matrix

ptraj: analyze fluctuation matrices
Segmentation fault
  ./Run.matrix: Program error

make: *** [test.ptraj] Error 1

And the test stop there. I also try to manual run test on vancomycin_lmod
and vancomycin_lmod_dock. And I got "Program error" too.

The user manual does not mention the "program error" situation. Is this OK?
Thanks.

best,

Ocean
