Subject: AMBER: parmchk error : Cannot open CONNECT.TPL, exit

Hi Amber users,
  I am trying to run parmchk option to find if all the paramters are
avaialble. When I say:

parmchk -i XYZ.prepin -f prepi -o XYZ.frcmod

it says:
Cannot open CONNECT.TPL, exit

Is it one of the intermediate files or is it a executable file?

Any help with rectification of the above problem would be appreciated.
