Subject: AMBER: Amber8 compilation error

Dear Amber Community,
    Upon compilation of Amber8 for a single processor SGI Fuel running
IRIX6.5 the following error has occurred:

> CC -c -o bondtype.o bondtype.C
>cc-1132 CC: ERROR File = /usr/include/stdlib.h, Line = 26
> The namespace "std" has no member "abs".
>
> __SGI_LIBC_USING_FROM_STD(abs)
> ^
>
>1 error detected in the compilation of "bondtype.C".
>*** Error code 2 (bu21)
>*** Error code 1 (bu21)

Any and all help in this matter is greatly appreciated!
