Subject: AMBER: Amber 8 and PATH buffer overflow

Hello,
I have Amber 8 installed on a Redhat linux machine. I am having some
issues with it segfaulting. I have narrowed the issue down to the PATH
on the machine. Whenever the PATH on a machine goes over 1028
characters, Amber 8 segfaults. Where can I change this value?
