Subject: AMBER: Loading a macmodel file complex

Dear All,

I have been trying to load this complex (lig-protein)
file into Amber8.0 but have been unsuccessful after
trying many different ways.

It is a macmodel file generated by QXP.

I would really appreciate if someone could help me
convert this file to the correct format so as to be
readable in Amber8.0
