Dear Sir/Madam,
I use AMBER8 that possesses a license aggreement with
the School of Pharmacy at Gazi University at Ankara,
Turkey.
I used the PBSA module of AMBER8 to complete my thesis
work. Hence, I would like to cite PBSA in my thesis in
some way. While I was working through the source codes
to see how a finite difference PB solver is
implemented in the PBSA module, I have read the
following copyright notice
****************************************************
AMBER

This software provided pursuant to a license
agreement containing restrictions on its

of the authors. This notice, and the associated
author list, must be attached to all copies, or
extracts, of this software. Any additional
restrictions set forth in the license agreement also
apply to this software
***************************************************
I was wondering if users are allowed to divulge the PB
equations (implemented in the PBSA module) with a
permission.
If yes, how could I refer PBSA?
If no, then what would be the most relevant reference
to cite PBSA?
In case a permission is not granted, then I suppose I
'll have to paste the copyright notice above in my
thesis.
I await your reply.
best regards,
Cenk Andac
Ph.D. Dissertator.
