You would have to extrapolate the equivalent of a frcmod file
from the prmtop, and have it overlay ONLY the unit and not
others when doing a saveamberparm. Then there might have to
be a special edit cmd or argument type to get that frcmod.

Which is not appealing enough a task for anyone yet.
