Subject: AMBER: question about amber parameter file format etc.

Dear all,

Is there any documentation on the format of amber parameter file (.dat
file)? Right now I feel confused about the torsion part. What does the
first numeric column (after the torsion angle definition) represent? Also
is the potention column actually V or V/2?

Also, what is the difference between Amber and Amber* in Macromodel?
