Subject: AMBER: AIX problem

Dear Amber Users;

Amber8 in AIX occur the problem below. here is input file

min.in *********************************************************
polyA-polyT 10-mer: initial minimisation prior to MD
 &cntrl
  imin = 1,
  maxcyc = 500,
  ncyc = 250,
  ntb = 0,
  igb = 0,
  cut = 12
 /
**********************************************************************
(It's as same as Amber8 tutorial DNA's demonstration)

and sander
****************************************************************************

sander -O -i min.in -o min.out -p polyAT_vac.prmtop -c polyAT_vac.inpcrd -r
min.rst
****************************************************************************

these prmtop and inpcrd files are as same as the Amber8 tutorial, too.

This Error message had appeared

1525-090 The NAMELIST READ statement cannot be completed because an
incorrect character was encountered in a NAMELIST group name or item name.
The program will recover by discontinuing further processing of the READ
statement.

I could run sander with same input and prmtop and inpcrd files in the
different computers.
But in AIX, this message appeared.

Please tell me how to resolve this problem.
