Subject: AMBER: Another question about surface area calculation

Hi there,

In mm_gbsa calculatio, it seems for some snapshots
from MD calculation, there is no output of surface
area value,what is the possible reason for that?
And how do mm_pbsa calculate the final average with
missing values?
