Subject: AMBER: sugar pucker with Carnal and ptraj

Dear all,
  I was calculating the sugar pucker during a nuclei acid trajectory
with Carnal and I am trying to reproduce the calculation with ptraj.
Could somebody tell me what is the ptraj equivalent command for the
carnal "PUCKER p NUCLEIC 10;" ?
