Subject: AMBER: parallel run

dear amber users and ross walker,

I followed the steps u said ie.,

go to amber/src directory

make clean

make

I tried these steps still the program does not seem to run in parallel
version.I used sander to continue a production run from a different
cluster to another with 4 machines (1 master,3 slaves each with 4
processors).earlier i used a cluster with 4 nodes with a processor each.

It runs in one machine,but seems to be searching for a long time to locate
the machines in the new cluster.

p0_12704: p4_error: Could not gethostbyname for host ~; may be invalid
name: 1001

the amusing thing is the sander module runs well for a system with 15,000
atoms system in parallel version.

can anyone suggest where the problem lies.can anyone help me.
