Dear Amber users,

I have the following problem using carnal (AMBER6.0) on redhat 7.3:

when I specify more than one file in the streams section of the input
file, carnal crashes (see the files below), while with a single file it
doesn't. _
__________
Input file :_

FILES_IN
  PARM p1 parm.top;
  STREAM s1 mdcrd16 mdcrd16b;
FILES_OUT
  COORD c1 trajpdb.pdb PDB;
DECLARE
  GROUP g1 s1 (RES 1 - 350);
  IMAGE i1 g1%cmass;
OUTPUT
  COORD c1 i1;
END

_________
_output file :

_ - CARNAL -
              AMBER 6.0

              COORDINATE ANALYSIS

input stdin
> FILES_IN
> PARM p1 parm.top;
Reading parm file (parm.top)
parm: opening parm.top
parm.top title:

> STREAM s1 mdcrd16 mdcrd16b;
Using default parm (parm.top) for STREAM s1
 (box will be read from stream)
stream: opening mdcrd16b

However, using exactly the same input and crd files on another
machine (sgi indigo or sun ultrasparc) everything works fine.

Did someone face this problem and is it a bug fixed in following version
of AMBER?

Thanks in advance.
