Subject: AMBER: Can xleap handle homology model altogether with X-ray structure?

Hi, All:

What I am studying now is based on a x-ray structure which is not a complete
coordinate one( they are not continued and there are loop regional
segments inside). Meanwhile there are homology models. I want to
combine X-ray structure with homology models to construct the
missed loop regions. I have two questions:

1. Can xleap do such thing?
2. If xleap could not, which tool could do it to combine homology
model and X-ray without changing x-ray structure?
