First, be sure you have followed all of the instructions in "Running AMBER on
AIX systems" at the Amber web page; follow the "patches" link, and look for
Amber 8 info.

It looks like somehow you are not finding the BLAS libraries. If the above
links don't help, try setting USE_BLASLIB=$(SOURCE_COMPILED) in your config.h
file, then re-compiling.
