Subject: AMBER: errors in SGI

Dear Amber users,

The SGI has 64G memory,but when I'm doing nmode
it still says,
    PARM file has the title:

Total memory required : 265402541 real words

Total memory required : 29926158 integer words

Maximum nonbond pairs 29441300
ASSERTion ' ier == 0 ' failed in nmode.f at line 105.

It requires only about 2G memory.

when I do MPI
it says,
[4] + Stopped (tty input) mpirun -np 4 mm_pbsa.pl mm_pbsa.in > mm_pbsa.log

What's the problem? Thanks in advance!
