Subject: carnal output trajectory

I tried to do it without imaging but it has the same problem. Also there
are is no box size at the and of each frame in the trajectory created by
carnal.
As far as I know there is no option in ptraj similar to SELECT or MOD in
carnal? Am I wrong??
