Interface is included in the Amber distribution. Go to amber/src/interface.
The readme file, 0README in that directory will tell you how to compile and
run Interface. Two extensive Interface manuals, one devoted to the language,
the other to the front end, are in the amber/doc directory. (End users will
only need to look at the ambint.pdf manual, which is the front end).
