Subject: a more general question
Dear Amber users,
From your own experience, how much difference would make the usage of
parm94.dat or parm99.dat in the simulation of an rna-protein complex or
in the simulation of nucleic acids in general?
Thank you very much in advance for any replies
Best regards,
vlad
