Dear Jim, Bill and Chuck:

Thank you all very much for your prompt reply and suggestions.

This " Floating Invalid" appeared when I run sander MD. Then I tried to run Min first for some steps and then I continue to run MD. This problem disappeared. Now everything is fine though I still don't not why so.
