Subject: Topology file format in AMBER 7

 Hi all,

 We're making tests with AMBER 7 and we have realised that our old
topology files from AMBER 5/6 made with link/edit/parm don't work under
AMBER 7. In the manual we read that both old and new formats should be
properly read. Is there any conflict between link/edit/parm topology files
and AMBER 7 ?

 We have tried to use the topology file from the benchmark in AMBER 7 and
they work fine, while they seem to be old-style, so what could be
happening with our topology files?
