Subject: Parameter for abasic nucleotide

Hey hey,

i wonder if someone already has generated the parameter for
apurinic/apyrimidinic nucleotide. I am especially interested in the
charge distribution. I would appreciate if someone can provide me those
information.

By the way, it would be a great idea to create a searchable web site
with all available parameters for different compounds. What do you (the
AMBER user/community) think about such a site?
