                Can anyone guide me adding crystal waters to a protein using
        tleap? I tried to get this done somehow couldn't get going.
        
What did you try, and what went wrong? Normally crystal waters
would be in the pdb file of the crystal structure, each preceded
by a TER line, with residue name WAT, and atom names O/H1/H2.
