Registration Fee

(Payment arrangements to be made after receiving email confirmation of successful registration.)

The registration fee for academic/non-profit participants is $225.

The registration fee for industry participants is $550

The Registration fee includes:

  • All workshop materials including a computer in the graphics lab which will be assigned to you for the duration of the workshop
  • Attendance at the associated symposium
  • Wednesday dinner
  • Daily lunches
  • Coffee and snacks
The registration fee does NOT include hotel or transportation costs. These must be booked separately. (See Lodging and Directions pages for further information.)

Payment of the registration fee must be made via check, or by cash paid the first day of the workshop. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any credit card or purchase order payments.

Cancellation Fee

Since space is limited, please contact us as soon as possible if you are not able to attend the workshop, so that those on the waiting list may have the opportunity to attend. The cancellation fee is $50 until two weeks before the workshop, when it will go up to $150.
