Movies
- Dimerization
of calcylin. Molecular dynamics dimerization of two calcyclin monomers
driven by the intermolecular NMR restraints observed in the NOESY spectrum. Trajectory was taken from an AMBER NMR refinement and rendered with AVS using in house modules written by Tom Macke and Jarrod Smith. NMR restraints are represented by dotted lines (hard to see at this resolution!), are colored by violation, and disappear as they become satisfied.
