Registration
Registration is now open. The registration fee payment deadline has been extended to May 1, 2015.
Registration is required. Sign up quickly as seating is limited to 220 people. Registration is on a first come, first served basis. Please note that registration is not complete until payment has been received. Payment methods are listed on the registraion form. We are unable to accept credit card payments.
All attendees will be housed in single rooms in the new Warren and Moore Colleges at the Kissam College Quad on the Vanderbilt Campus. A limited number of exceptions can be made for attendees to stay off campus at nearby hotels.
All meals and coffee breaks during the symposium will be provided.
Registration fees:
- $900 (US) for non-Vanderbilt University faculty/staff/students
- $650 for Vanderbilt University faculty/staff/students
Poster, Selected Speaker and Travel Awards
Awards will be given to junior scientists for top poster and top abstract selected speakers. A limited number of travel awards for international attendees will also be available upon request. The number of awards and the amount of awards will be determined just prior to the symposium.
