Support is available for all aspects of crystallography.

For individuals with CSB computer accounts, questions, problems, or requests for assistance regarding any crystallographic issues are best dealt with using the Request Tracking System and the queue, xtal. The request tracker allows for documentation that can be of great value in understanding where problems exist. The RT system is also useful in that it keeps support requests active until resolved and not simply forgotten.
