<p style="margin-left:.25in"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:black">Yesterday, VUMC implemented a plan which mandated that VUMC personnel screen everyone for COVID-19 symptoms as they are coming into their buildings (e.g.,
taking your temperature and asking about symptoms). Anyone who passes the screening will be given a badge to wear while inside the buildings. Importantly, all entrances that are not be staffed by personnel have had the card access locked down for those doors.
VUMC has over 2,000 card access entrances across the medical center and it has taken them a while to program each door. As a result, some of these entrances which we use frequently such as Light Hall still allow entry, but we cannot expect this to continue.
The attached image shows the locations of the temperature-taking sites and entrances (denoted as a red star). Here are suggested entrances for you depending on your destination and where you parked.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
