Types of Information that Are Stored Solely in HTML Pages in the EF-Hand Calcium-Binding Proteins Data Library

The following types of informationa re stored only in HTML pages, and not in the relational database that supports the data library. These types of information, as well as interhelical angles and inter-residue contacts, can not be submitted using the online form-based system, but can be submitted by e-mailing the library administrator.

• Information about synthetic peptides that bind to calcium
• Dihedral angles in structures of EF-Hand CaBPs
• Information about the solvent accessible surface area in structures of EF-Hand CaBPs
• NMR assignments for EF-Hand CaBPs
• Other web resources for EF-Hand CaBPs
• Graphics for the picture gallery

Some of these types of information may be migrated to the database in the future.
